G.P.C.T. is a conglomerate of committed individual who formed into
a group in the year of 2000A.D. to initiate development activity in hard to reach rural areas and urban slums of Madurai East and Madurai West block of Madurai. It’s ideal is to generate development that is socially just, economically viable,
culturally vibrant and relevant to the ethos and the reference area.
The core issues addressed by the GPCT since its inception are, Importing education to child labors, out of school, and dropout children developing livelihood skills for youth and empowering women in enhancing their status and decision making power, including in issue based campaign against child marriages, exploitation of children gender discrimination, HIV Prevention etc.
